pleasant strolls down clinton street in the city(:

hey guys, i havnt talked to you normally for quite a while because of the letter exercise so i shall formally address you guys to zis post of my pleasant day in the city(:

twas a quite sprinkly day, when i strolled along the inner city streets to renew my passport with my dearest mommy(: and the day wasnt quite so pleasant as i thought it would be because in the midst of it, i became quite disgruntled indeed.

LOL, ok so i went into the city with my mom and brother to renew our expired passports and it frustrated me so bad when they rejected my passport photo *fumes* ok not really, but apparently my fringe was covering my left eyebrow and had to get it retaken. LEFT EYEBROW NOT EVEN MY EYE, like, WTF. so grr face. i mean it was the last stretch of the lodging of the application forms and i was the last person to be lodged and my photo gets rejected. so then the sweet lady behind the counter told us where the closest place to get it done, which turned out to be 3 minutes away via walking.

however, i needed to do something with my chestnut front bangs and sweep that long streak of locks off the left side of my face and i didnt have any hair accessories with me. frustrated-me going abit mental and my mom is all over the place too from all the hectic activities taken place in the last three days. my brother informed us there are no bargain stores around to purchase cheap standby equipment (hair clips) so we located the closest pharmacy (right outside the passport place), ducked inside and bought a 10 pack of average looking clips for a rip off price of 5 bucks. i grred at that, and it made me grr even more is that just as we walked into the hall where the photo place was, there was a small bargain shop right at the entrance =.=

ignoring this fact, me and my mom walked right past to the photo place.

and yet there is more grr worthy situations to come. so normally passport photos cost around $10 a print, but this guy charged me friggin five bucks extra. i know i sound extremely cheap right now, but this just.isnt.justice. just so you know, he was asian *chuckles* what could we do, we already took the photo and there was a sign specifically saying no refunds on passport photos, which i found quite ridiculous since why the hell would you refund a photo of you. ridonkulous. naturally, my passport photo makes me look extremely like a pissed off 5 year old. LOL i was just so fed up with everything so i didnt care aslong as my eyebrows were showing.

and my brother scabbed $5 off me for easyway. but thats cool(:

so ladida we went back got it done. TO HELL WITH IT. ok frustration cleared, apart from the rip offs.

ohh yeah, when we went to take the photo, we walked past a book store called Basement which you guys prob heard of before. tis cheap books to the core. OMG SPREE! but the most funny bit was, there was a random stand of incense and me and my mom were smelling them. there was one specific tube that made me laugh. my mom picked out a black box without considering the outside and she smelt it. she told me it smelt the nicest so i took a long whiff, it actually smelt pretty good and better than the rest, so i asked her what it was. my mom flipped over the box and you guys wouldnt even guess what it was. it was CANNABIS. LOLOLOL ahhh i love my mom.

OMG SHARON & CECEE BE PROUD OF ME!  WATCHED GLEE AND MASTER CHEF TONIGHT! IT WAS AWESOME. glee was abit dramatic though, but still great(:

LIFE LESSON #1: Always have the same eyebrow shape according to your passport when travelling, or else people will think youre a terrorist. and make sure you show them your eyebrows.
